这是一道目的题.“Lightning that strikes..." 这句话之前的内容,也就是D的内容是为了得出这句话而做的描述,讲了这一毁灭性影响的形成过程,但并不是这句话的目的.你看原文中 “Lightning that strikes..." 后紧接着跟了个词 “so...",说明后面的内容才是题目中这句话的目的.故原文中的“ recieved a lot of scientific attention" 等同于A选项 “has been investigated so much".说白了就是因为闪电具有破坏性,所以它会引起科学界的广泛研究.前是因,后是果.所以,A是正确选项.D在内容上完全没有错,但不是题目中这句话的目的.以后做这种题时要把握好句子的作用,而不要一味的看内容.
